RETURN POLICY

Refund conditions

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from One day Art. If not, you have 15 days after receiving your order to let us know and get a full refund for your purchase. For a question of traceability of exchanges, we recommend that you contact us by email at info@onedayart.COM, We will process your request within 24 working hours.

All of our items benefit from our return policy on condition of being unused and in new condition, with proof of purchase or receipt and, if possible, the original packaging. Please note that you have 30 days from delivery to return the item (s) concerned. The shipping costs are your responsibility.

In the event of a defect (damage, obvious wear, missing original parts) related to an error on your part, we can reduce the amount of your refund in proportion to the decrease in value of the item if it has been used or handled. so as to affect its value. If necessary, we reserve the right to refuse a return or only offer an exchange or credit in the form of a voucher. This case only applies when the criteria for returning goods are not fully satisfied.

Before proceeding, please contact our customer support service info @ onedayart. We will let you know what to do and do our best to ensure a satisfactory solution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account and contact the entity that issued your credit card: there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then we ask you to contact your bank. Necessary processing time is required before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return a product, we ask you to contact us in advance at info@onedayart.com, we will give you the address of our warehouse for returns, as well as the complete procedure to follow.

 

If you are shipping an item valued over $ 75, we recommend that you consider purchasing shipping insurance or opting for registered tracking. We do not guarantee receipt of your item and take no responsibility if your package is lost by the forwarder you choose for the return.
